Program overview

Happy Schooling Project embeds educators from India and abroad inside a government or rural school for 3–6 months to shift the culture and lift learning outcomes.

The work follows UNESCO’s Happy Schools framework, improving People, Process, and Place through small daily shifts that compound. Schools leave with stronger learning culture, better classroom practice, and routines that hold after we exit.

  • Resident Educator Model
  • UNESCO Happy Schools Framework
  • Stronger Classrooms, Stronger Culture

Built for schools that want a visible shift, fast, and a culture that lasts.

01. Baseline and Alignment

We begin with a school-wide baseline across students, teachers, and leadership, then choose the few focus areas that matter most. Outcomes, ownership, and a 90–180 day plan are agreed with the principal.

02. On-Campus Transformation

The educator works inside the school every day, running interventions with teachers and students: English culture, classroom practice upgrades, student-led learning formats, clubs, and whole-school routines. The work is reviewed weekly with school leadership.

03. Handover and Continuity

Before exit, we transfer the system back to the school: kits, routines, rubrics, calendars, and simple reporting. We close with pre–post measurement and a clear continuation plan for the next term.
